Awww, the Cubbies lost their series with the Florida Marlins and won't be going to the World Series. :( So close! But it's "wait till next year" all over again. On the other hand, I suppose this means the end of the world *isn't* near :)

I saw my cousin Rhoda run in the Chicago Marathon last Sunday! The course ran near my condo so I walked over and cheered on the runners for a while. Very cool. Good job Rho!

I need a haircut :)
