So, I just found out that my family will be getting a puppy in two weeks :) ... Lori's friend's breeder friend will be giving away a rat terrier. Despite the name, it's a very cute dog. Looks like Mom, Dad, and Lola will have their hands full with the upcoming addition, but I think they'll really enjoy having a new "baby" to fuss over!

My buddy Patrick returned home from his honeymoon in Hawaii looking tanned and refreshed. I'm sure he wishes he was still in Hawaii though; it's been a chilly week here!

I got my haircut last Saturday... and the barber said she was so jealous of my "curly locks"... LOL.

Preparations are moving along for Lola's b-day bash coming up next weekend. I still need to come up with my introductory speech though! Eeek! In the mean time, I need to clean up a bit around the condo to make sure it's presentable for my cousins who will be staying with me during that weekend. :)
