Happy Thanksgiving! My parents invited some family and friends over for dinner last night. It was a nice little party. I spent the night at their house, then this morning took Lola to the bank and Walmart (which I was dreading but it actually wasn't too bad considering today's supposed to be the biggest shopping day).

Lori has taught Mocha how to sit on command! Woohoo! Today the puppy had his first vet check up. Mom said he handled the vaccination very well, but feeding him the heartworm pill was much more challenging. :P Mocha also hates his travel carrier. Thank goodness he is a small dog :)

My latest electronic object of desire is the Nikon Coolpix 5400. While I have no need for the 5-megapixel resolution, the advanced shooting features are just so cool. Alas it costs $600+. Eeek. Maybe I'll hang on to my Coolpix 775 a little longer...
