Today is a double milestone day.... 1) it has been one year since I closed on my condo, and 2) it is Mocha's first birthday! :)

Tomorrow I'm having the Narra kids over at my place for lunch. It's taken me a whole year to get the gang together at my new house! I guess this won't qualify as a housewarming anymore, then, hehe.
