My parents and I drove Lori down to Bloomington for her second year of college. Her new dorm is pretty nice, and her roomie is her confirmation sponsor from last year, so I anticipate that they'll get along great. :)

I've been in my new condo for a week now. I love it so far. It's great being closer to work, and just being in different surroundings. Later today my h.s. pal Amy is going to stop by to check out the place; her boyfriend just bought a condo a couple of blocks away. I'll be touring his new pad also. Maybe one day he and I can do a "Trading Spaces" thing. LOL

I'm in my new home!!! I moved into my condo on Friday. My parents helped me unpack over the weekend and now I'm pretty much settled in. Yay! Living in the city is definitely taking some adjustment but I think I'm going to enjoy it once I get used to where things are, etc. I'm just glad to finally be here! :)

I've been at my parents' place for almost two weeks now. It's been nice spending more time with them and Lori and Lola. I'm anxious to move into my new condo though. It will be cool to have my own space again. And hi-speed internet. ;)

This past week at work I've been filling in for my team lead while she's on vacation. So I've gotten a taste of life in management. It's not bad, although it seems like I was in meetings all week...
